Head Coach Victoria Maguire

Compassion, empathy, trust

Victoria started teaching in 1998.  She became a Head of English in 2004 and gained a promotion to Assistant Headteacher in 2010.  She followed this in 2016 by being appointed to a position as a Deputy Headteacher responsible for teaching and learning and outcomes. During her time as a school leader, Victoria learned about coaching and developed her coaching skills supporting staff and pupils in each of her roles.  She has supported the development of numerous members of staff through coaching, many into leadership positions.  In 2019 Victoria gained her Level 3 Diploma in Coaching and set up Transform Education Coaching.  She is passionate about improving wellbeing in schools and has recently qualified as a First Aid for Mental Health trainer.
